They make me think differently by showing that even if a product is not perfect at first, it can improve over time and become a leader in its industry. I would use the concept of disruptive innovation in my work to find ways to make education more accessible and affordable using technology.

Example:
A disruptive innovation that can greatly benefit students is the development of mobile learning apps. These apps provide a convenient and portable way for students to access educational content and resources on their smartphones or tablets. With mobile learning apps, students can study and review materials anytime and anywhere, whether they’re on the bus, at home, or in a coffee shop. Overall, using mobile learning apps as a disruptive innovation provides students with the flexibility, interactivity, and personalization they need to enhance their learning experiences. It empowers them to access educational content anytime, anywhere, and connect with a broader learning community.

However, I think there are challenges, too. Not all innovations are disruptive, and not all problems can be solved by technology alone. Additionally, implementing disruptive innovations may face resistance from established companies or require significant changes in existing systems. on the other hand, Not all students may have equal access to the necessary devices or reliable internet connections, creating a digital divide that could exacerbate educational inequities.

In summary, disruptive innovations are important because they make things more accessible and affordable. They have made me think differently about how improvements can happen over time. I would use this concept to explore ways of integrating technology into education to enhance accessibility.
